Responsible for Day to Day running of the Housekeeping Department. Ensuring highest standards of cleanliness for all rooms and public areas and effective distribution of all linen around the report. Provide training, coaching, and counseling to all housekeeping employees.

• Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping, and the Laundry departments.  Assist in managing the selection, training and development of employees with an eye toward maximum employee satisfaction, productivity and guest satisfaction.
