Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore Room Attendant As a Room Attendant, you will maintain and clean guest rooms and public areas, replenish supplies, coordinate laundry services, and report maintenance issues to ensure a high standard of guest comfort and satisfaction.
Job Summary As the Room Attendant, we rely on you to:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to Shangri-La room standards to ensure a welcoming environment
- Replenish room supplies promptly to meet guest needs
- Coordinate with valets to collect guests’ clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the guestrooms and uphold resort standards
- Identify and report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department for timely resolution
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest service and uphold resort reputation
