Job Description

As a Housekeeper at Farmfield Hospital you will be an integral part of the housekeeping team providing a safe, clean environment for adult men who may have forensic or mental health challenges. You will clean all areas of the service – wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors’ areas – working closely with the maintenance team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in day‑to‑day operations and liaise with all staff, visitors and service users.
• Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and greet visitors in a professional manner.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
