Host (Russian/Arabic Speaker)

One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Host to deliver personalized service to VIP guests from arrival to departure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all VIP guests with check‑in, escorting, concierge enquiries and guest orientation across the resort.
• Document VIP arrivals and ensure all special requests are fulfilled.
• Greet arrivals warmly and personalize service according to standard procedures.
• Follow resort rules, Service Standard policies and communicate briefings from the Manager.
• Prepare daily arrival lists, record comments and communicate any special requests immediately to the team.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of resort attractions, sales promotions, activities, layout and directions.
• Recognize guests celebrating milestones and coordinate necessary celebrations with departments.
