✔ Proven experience in F&B operations at a hotel or hospitality property
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Ability to manage large-scale events, banquets, and daily dining operations
✔ Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
✔ Excellent communication and guest-handling skills

- Oversee daily F&B operations across dining, banquets, and bar
- Lead and train the F&B team for consistent service delivery
- Coordinate catering for weddings, corporate events, and functions
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and cost control standards
