Reporting to the Manager, Hospitality Operations, the Hospitality Services Assistant supports the Firm’s hospitality operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and efficient experience for both internal and external clients in a fast‑paced, professional environment. This role is a part‑time position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up catering requests and refreshments for meetings
- Refresh boardrooms, along with water service, ensuring readiness for meetings
- Support boardroom configurations and ensure meeting spaces are tidy and well‑stocked before and after use
- Prepare fresh salads, sandwiches, light meals, and custom orders, with attention to presentation and dietary needs
- Clean and organize kitchen areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashing stations
- Maintain kitchenette and servery equipment, including coffee machines, dishwashers, microwaves...
