1) Position Title: Duty Manager

Salary: 70,000 to 80,000

This position is responsible for: Responsible for leading and supervising day-to-day aspects of Food & Beverage (F&B) Service, Gaming, TAB, Keno, Carnival, and Functions in accordance with Silks/ Darwin Turf Club (DTC) standards. Working with the operations and Bistro/Kitchen Team ensuring customers are served promptly & courteously with the highest quality of Hospitality.

Specific Responsibilities

•Maintain a complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/services, procedures/standards, ensuring all team are also compliant.

•Primarily focusing on F&B daily operations while overlooking other departments/areas.
