Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service

CRITERIA - Minimum of 2 years' previous experience within a 5-star hotel, restaurant, wine estate or similar establishment
- Proficient in hospitality POS System
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident upselling and sales ability
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
