Role : Nocturnist - Internal Medicine

Location : Central Arizona (approx. 100 miles north of Phoenix)

Type : Permanent

Employer : Private hospitalist group

Credentialing : Two hospitals (you only work at one per shift/week - no inter-hospital travel )

Start : Open to 2026 residents ; H1B visa transfer opportunities available

Schedule : 7-on/7-off; 12-hour shifts (6-6 or 7-7 depending on site)

Volume : 18-22 patients/day (may be higher during busy season)

Admissions :

Hospital : 0-2 from 6 AM-12 PM; daytime admitter 12-8 PM

Hospital : Admissions from 7 AM-12 PM or 4-7 PM
