Position Qualifications

Education

• Graduate from an approved ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency program

Certification/Licensure

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Current unrestricted MD/DO license by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association
