Main duties of the job

As Hospital Director at Chadwick Lodge, you will lead and manage clinical and administrative teams, ensuring excellent care delivery, meeting quality and financial targets, and developing commercial opportunities. You will facilitate the development of quality healthcare services that respond to the changing needs of purchasers and patients, reflect market trends and evidence-based practice, and promote the hospital’s reputation for specialist care. You will also fulfil the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations and engage with Provider Collaboratives.
