The Administrative Director, Surgical Specialties is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Departments of Orthopedic Surgery, Urology and Otolaryngology. This includes maintenance of adequate resources, including staff; development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems for smooth patient flow and management of the environment. Facilitates the administration process of clinical and departmental activities (, facilitates the administrative process of recruiting and onboarding; maintaining records; monitoring and developing budget; coordinating seminars, training programs and other related activities).
