**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Home Care Aide** to provide paraprofessional services to our home care clients. This role supports the care plan developed by the primary nurse and prescribed by the physician, in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Deliver personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
