Ann Fowler House is Supported Accommodation for 37 adults with complex needs experiencing homelessness.

We are looking to recruit a Homeless Resettlement Worker (known internally as a Support Worker), who is motivated, person centred, keen to work as part of a team to deliver great results and ultimately make a positive difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote choice by working in partnership with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to meet the diverse needs of service users and break down barriers in accessing more permanent housing
  • Work in line with all relevant legislation and guidelines to protect service users, staff and visitors from any abuse, accident, or injury.
