Northwest Kidney Centers Home Program seeks a Nurse Supervisor for our Renton, Burien and Panther Lake Kidney CentersShift: Full-time, 40 hours, day shift (0800-1630), Mon-Fri.Purpose: The Nurse Supervisor is accountable for the oversight and support of the Home Program Care Managers in the delivery and documentation of care of Home Patients dialyzing at NKC. This position provides support to Home Program Care Managers and patients and assists the Program Manager with site visits, infection review, coordinating new and on-going patient education and assessment, co-originating new staff and renal fellow orientation, coordination of department QI team. The nurse accepts and follows the leadership from the Program Manager.Requirements

Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington

1+ year of previous Nursing experience

2+ years of PD and HHD experience
