Pay Rates – Per Completed Visit

SOC / ROC - $140-150

SOC + IV / Wound Vac (complex skill add-on) - $170

Recertification - $95

Revisit / RN 19 - $75 

RN 18 Discharge - $80 

Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $40/hr 

Premium add-ons:

• Same-Day / Urgent: +$25
• Weekend: +$25
• Holiday: +$50

Completed = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards.
