**Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Community Based**

Schedule:

+ 40 hours per week
+ Monday–Friday
+ Must work at least one weekend per month

Pay Rate:

+ Contract: $55/hour
+ Permanent: $41–$48/hour (based on experience)
