Position Summary
A Medicare-certified, Pennsylvania-licensed home health agency is seeking a PRN Field RN to deliver skilled nursing care to patients throughout the greater Philadelphia region. The RN performs routine home visits, provides hands-on clinical care, assesses patient progress, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support safe recovery at home.
