* Setting: Hybrid/Remote setting for patients with CKD or ESRD
* Schedule: M-F, 8am-5:00pm, No Weekends/No Call
* Start: ASAP
Required:
* Active WV state license
* Certifications: BC and DEA
* Open to candidates with 2 or more years of direct patient care experience
Compensation:
* Receive weekly paycheck
