Trio Home Health (Jet Health, Inc) is looking for full-time or PRN / Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN / LVN) to join our dedicated team to provide community-based care for our patients currently receiving home health services in Denton County, TX and surrounding areas.

The primary function of the LPN / LVN is to provide nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for patients of all ages in their place of residence. The LPN / LVN will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group, patient/family, and referring agency to ensure the best patient outcomes.
