**Description**

**PeaceHealth is seeking a Home Health Aide - Hospice for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $23.03 – $34.59.** The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

This position is responsible for performing personal care and household delegated tasks for home health/hospice patients and providing limited nursing care and therapy services to the patients under the clinical supervision of a registered nurse and may receive guidance from a physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech therapist as outlined in the Home Health Aide Care Plan.
