Adventist HealthCare Home Health is hiring a Home Health Aide (CNA) servicing Charles County and Lower Prince George County who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Home Health Aide (CNA) you will:
• Assists with rising patient care needs
• Provides excellent personal care to patients to maximize satisfaction according to Aide Plan of Care
• Maintains safe environment in patient’s home
• Manages visiting caseload productivity within the appropriate expected time frame
• Documents care provided to meet regulatory requirements in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
