RH is seeking a Lead, Home Delivery to support the daily execution of our home delivery experience across warehouse and delivery operations. This role is responsible for helping coordinate workflow, reinforce standards and support Team Members in delivering the quality, care and service expected of the RH brand. As a hands-on leader within the Home Delivery Center, you will support warehouse operations, maintain a safe and organized environment and help ensure product moves through the operation with accuracy, urgency and care. You will partner closely with leadership to support daily priorities, communicate opportunities and remain actively engaged in the work as business needs dictate. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
