Coverage needs primarily in and around the Rockport/Gloucester, MA area.

• Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• No weekends or holidays required!

Requires minimum of 1 year recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
