Position Overview
Responsibilities - Deliver hands‑on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, positioning and safe transfers
- Monitor vital signs and observe any changes in health condition
- Administer medications in line with prescribed schedules
- Support with feeding and nutritional needs
- Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic living space
- Provide companionship, reassurance and emotional support
- Liaise with family members and escalate concerns when required
Qualifications - Prior experience as a Home Nurse, Caregiver, or Nursing Assistant in a private home or healthcare setting
- Relevant certification in Nursing or Caregiving
- Strong understanding of elderly care, hygiene and patient safety standards
- Patient, respectful, and attentive in nature
