Job Summary
/Basic Function:
The incumbent will be responsible for filling in for head teachers in any one of the eight classrooms at camp.
Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment:
Ensure all students feel welcomed, respected, and supported.Monitor classroom behavior, establish clear expectations, and address conflicts or challenges in a constructive and positive manner.Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative play.
