About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Playworker/Activity Leader to support and deliver engaging childcare activities within a busy holiday club in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will help create a safe, inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and develop through a range of structured play, sports, games, and creative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured and engaging activities within the club, including multi‑sports, games, arts & crafts, and free play.
• Create a fun and inclusive environment for children.
• Support children during arrival, activities and collection.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety and company procedures at all times.
• Ensure all sign‑in and sign‑out procedures are followed correctly.
• Provide refreshments for children while maintaining hygiene standards.
