We are seeking an outstanding and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential in a vibrant and inclusive secondary school.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to deliver high-quality support, intervention programmes and classroom learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver planned learning activities and interventions to individuals, small groups and whole classes.

* Lead lessons and provide classroom cover during short-term teacher absence.
