About the role: We're looking for a hands-on, solutions driven HIU Engineer to install, commission, and maintain smart heat-network equipment across major UK developments and customers' homes. Duties and responsibilities: Install and commission metering and PAYG systems using laptops/tablets to configure devices and update records. Diagnose and resolve faults on heating and cooling networks. Service and replace in-home equipment including HIUs MVHR units, FCUs and controls. Support plantroom operations with planned preventative maintenance. Carry out site surveys and assist with new system installations. Deliver excellent customer service in occupied homes and new-build environments.
