Labcorp is seeking a Lab Supervisor to join our Anatomic Cytoprep and Histologyteam in Tampa, FL.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise the day to day operations of the Cytoprep and Histology teams within the Anatomic Pathology department including customer service/support servicesResponsible for problem management, client communication, etc.Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testingDirectly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory and non-technical personnel of the departmentMonitor daily workflow in the lab and schedule adequate coverageResponsible for ensuring all shifts in the department are properly staffedResearch and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessaryEngage in continuous process and service level improvementsEvaluate new process improvements and make appropriate recommendationsEnsure l...
