Job Title: Salesforce Functional Analyst

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, requirements, and current and future state business processes. You will conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with product owners and other relevant stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying and proposing the best possible Salesforce solutions, conducting POC and impact analysis, and creating functional artifacts. You will participate in all scrum ceremonies and support QA by providing functional scenarios and reviewing test cases.
