Job Summary
The Hip Hop Dance Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality, structured Hip Hop, K-pop, and Street Dance lessons to students of all ages. The role includes preparing students for performances and assessments, supporting artistic development, and undertaking operational, customer service, curriculum, and event-related duties as part of a full-time position. A. Teaching & Programme Delivery
. Plan and deliver structured HipHop / Street Dance / K-pop classes aligned with Crestar's curriculum and teaching standards. . Conduct classes in accordance with HQ guidelines and approved lesson plans. . Prepare and coach students for performances, showcases, examinations, and competitions. . Engage parents through regular communication, progress updates, and parent-teacher meetings. . Support Centre Operations personnel on dance-related matters, class execution, and student management.
