Job Description
DCS Asset Maintenance is seeking a Highway Maintenance Technician to conduct a variety of Highway Maintenance Services, as well as other related tasks under close supervision. We are seeking a qualified applicant that will train in Highway/Roadway Routine Maintenance.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Clean and clear culverts.Mowing, and clearing brush from roadsides.Patching broken or eroded pavements and shoulders.Assist in storm cleanup.Fence and sign repair. Litter/debris removal.Emergency response.Operate equipment used in Highway Maintenance.Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, brooms, etc.Use power tools such as chainsaws, pole saws, weed eaters, backpack blowers, etc.Qualifications
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.EXPERIENCE:
Must be at least 18 years ...
