Position Overview

Service & Team

The Environment & Connectivity service sits within the Sustainable Growth & Place directorate and is responsible for managing and maintaining Cornwall’s vital infrastructure networks.

The Highways Infrastructure & Network Manager leads a key function within this service, bringing together highways asset management, network management, estate roads and development adoption, streetlighting, drainage and streetworks. The team works closely with internal services, delivery partners (including CORMAC), utilities, developers and national bodies to ensure Cornwall’s network is safe, resilient and supports sustainable growth.
