Overview The Executive/ Higher Executive - Account/Program Management is responsible to assist logistics programmes and related customer service activities. He/she is also responsible in ensuring customer requirements are met, assist to manage programme resources, including manpower, internal assets and external vendors.

Responsibilities - Contribute to recurring revenue streams. Ensure the billing for the activities is well documented and to bill customer promptly.
- Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
- Participate and contribute to the enhancement in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
- Analyse risks associated with different approaches of process changes
