Location: Great Neck Adult Learning Center 105 Clover Drive, Great Neck, NY Schedule:


+ Morning sessions: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

+ Evening sessions: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.


(Substitute assignments vary; teachers may choose whether to accept each opportunity.)

Job Description: The Great Neck Adult Learning Center is seeking a qualified and dynamic instructor to provide GED (High School Equivalency) instruction to adult learners on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering engaging, student-centered lessons across the core GED subject areas: Reasoning Through Language Arts, Mathematical Reasoning, Science, and Social Studies. Instruction should be tailored to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of adult students in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
