Responsible for implementing and maintaining health & safety programs across construction sites, ensuring compliance with Ontario regulations and supporting a strong safety culture.

*Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain and enforce Health & Safety policies and OHSA compliance

* Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments

* Monitor high-risk work and ensure proper PPE use

* Deliver safety training and orientations (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.)

* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

* Maintain safety documentation and support COR® certification

* Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients

**Qualifications**
