Oversee the Surveying functions required to manage the delivery of the service and ensure that the team delivers adaptations and home improvements on time and to budget.
Ensure the team delivers Specialist Disability Adaptations including Level Access Showers and stair lifts and internal and external common parts adaptations including ramps and lifts in accordance with Legislation including the Building Safety Act 2022.
Ensure that Descent Homes Works including addressing Dampness and condensation and disrepair are completed in line with Legislation including the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System)
Ensure that the service delivery is co-ordinated to include timely Pre, Mid & post inspection of works
