Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient hematology and oncology care for adult patientsSee a broad range of general hematology and oncology diagnosesAverage patient volume: 10-15 patients per dayMix of new consults and follow-up visitsRespond to Epic in-basket messages and patient concernsTake phone calls from outside providers regarding known and unknown patientsCollaborate closely with APPs and multidisciplinary team membersComfort with benign hematology required due to significant referral volumeBone marrow biopsies optional and typically handled by APPs
