• A Bamboo Store Helper is typically responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a retail or warehouse environment where bamboo products or items made from bamboo are sold.
• Greet and assist customers, providing information on bamboo products and their uses.
• Help customers choose the right products based on their needs.
• Offer exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
• Vocational training in retail, sales, or customer service may be advantageous.
