. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in setting up and repairing technology within the firm, with a focus on troubleshooting laptops, printers, scanners, phones, and related hardware. Additionally, this role will provide support for conferences, events, and meetings, utilizing Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and advanced AV technology.

**Essential Job Requirements:**

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues on Microsoft Surface laptops.
+ Deploy and set up IT equipment such as PCs, printers, and telephones.
