TNS (Transaction Network Services) is looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide first‑line support across the TNS Accept, Connect and Orchestrate product portfolios. You will be part of a global support team that facilitates the acceptance of payments, both online and in‑store, and securely processes transactions.
Key responsibilities of this role include working a 24×7 shift rotation and serving as a customer point of contact for general enquiries, service requests or incident support.
