Help Desk Support Analyst

Position Overview

Description

In this role, you will be part of a team providing mostly phone/remote support for 1700+ users with issues involving Windows 11, Active Directory, MS Office 2016/365, Outlook, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices, MobileIron MDM, Intune, Zoom, and iManage document management. They use Ivanti as their ticketing system and ITSM. They are looking for someone who has a great combination of customer service and technical troubleshooting. The shift is Monday - Friday, 11 am - 7 pm.
