Summary/Objective

The Help Desk Analyst manages the user lifecycle within the company's IT systems, overseeing access from onboarding to offboarding, as well as maintaining hardware inventory and providing technical support. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient and secure IT operations.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain accurate records of all company-owned computer hardware (desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.).
  • Track the lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.
  • Conduct regular audits of the computer inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions for G Suite and other company platforms.
