The UAB Department of Medicine seeks the next Director of the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine. The incoming director will articulate an inspiring vision and lead the development of a strategic plan that will drive the division as a leader in the field and an essential partner at UAB. The director must have a nuanced understanding of how to create a positive culture: one that is inclusive, promotes wellness, and is collegial.
