**Job Description**

We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support ongoing construction and site development projects across the region. Operators will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of heavy machinery to perform excavation, grading, and material handling tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, loaders, and backhoes.
+ Perform excavation, grading, and material handling tasks.
+ Read grade stakes, plans, or operate machinery with GPS systems.
+ Maintain a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
+ Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
+ Participate in site development, roadwork, utilities, or earthmoving projects.
