Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment, machinery, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose and repair hydraulic faults involving pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, hydraulic motors, and related components. Inspect machinery for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and safety‑related defects. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and carry out emergency repairs to minimize operational downtime. Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, axles, braking systems, steering systems, and powertrain components. Conduct pressure testing, performance testing, and system diagnostics on hydraulic equipment. Replace defective components and verify proper operation after repairs. Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment drawings. Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions.
