The ideal candidate will need to establish and manage healthy customer relationships, have professional and effective communication skills and be proactive in conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Service, Repair, Startup, and Installation of Reciprocating, Rotary, and Centrifugal chillers (all tonnage)
• Service and Retrofit HVAC building ancillary equipment and controllers
• Able to service and troubleshoot building systems
• Capable of servicing Cooling Tower systems and maintenance
• Perform Maintenance Inspections per scope
