As a Hearing Representative, you will be providing representation for employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings. Representative is essential to ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients. The Hearing Representative is responsible for analyzing individual case information by reviewing data accessed through the PC, document images, and client witness discussions.

As part of the Appellate Division, you will be responsible for preparing our clients and their witnesses to attend unemployment compensation appeal hearings and advocating on their behalf.
