The Boise OR is looking to add a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to their team who will be responsible for main OR operations.
The Boise OR serves all specialties except for CVOR and L&D. They have three robots, which are controlled by surgeons during the operation - allows instruments to bend and perform in smaller areas, which provides a shorter heal time. The Boise OR is the System’s largest OR, and is a very fast-paced environment. Due to the Children’s Hospital on site, the Boise OR sees a lot of pediatric patients.
